Healthier Sugared Nuts!

I have recently started eating healthier again as I was noticing my bad eating habits were causing my carpal tunnel to flair. One thing I love and didn't want to give up .....cinnamon sugared pecans / walnuts!

I made this healthier version in the dehydrator with just pure maple syrup/ walnuts/ a dash of honey / cinnamon.

You can also make this in the crockpot or on the stove. I have found the trick is to soak your nuts for three hours in water before you dehydrate.
